Chase Pense

Chase Pense is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction at Townline, leading multi-family and mixed-use projects in Los Angeles since November 2020. Prior to this role, Chase held similar positions as Director of Construction at Z&L Properties, Inc., overseeing significant multi-family developments, and as Project Executive at Balfour Beatty Construction, managing large mixed-use residential projects in downtown Los Angeles. Chase's earlier career includes leadership roles with AL FARAA Construction and Industrial Group, ALDAR Laing O'Rourke, Lewis Builds Corporation, Toddglen Construction Limited, and Lease Crutcher Lewis, each contributing to extensive project management expertise. Chase holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and degrees in Civil Engineering and Physics from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Puget Sound, respectively.
