Aleece Southern

Aleece Southern currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Townsquare Ignite, a position held since November 2020, where responsibilities include identifying growth areas and developing strategies for an efficient, revenue-producing sales organization while fostering collaboration across departments. Previously, Aleece held the role of Director of Sales for the West and Midwest Regions, building an award-winning sales team across over 30 U.S. markets. Aleece's prior experience at the Houston Chronicle encompasses roles such as Senior Sales Director, Regional Sales Director, and Digital Sales Manager, focusing on maintaining and growing advertising revenue and driving digital growth. Early career experiences include serving as a Small Business Banker at JPMorgan Chase and a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Aleece holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
