Joshua Hayes

Joshua Hayes currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Equity and Compliance in the Office of Inclusion and Institutional Equity at Towson University, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua Hayes spent nearly a decade at Western Kentucky University, where responsibilities included serving as Director, Title IX Deputy/Investigator, and University ADA Coordinator, overseeing compliance with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, managing harassment and discrimination complaints, and providing training for faculty and staff. Joshua Hayes has also held various academic positions, including Mentor/Educator and Instructor, and has been involved in developing programs that support student success. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership Studies, a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education and Student Affairs, and multiple degrees from Western Kentucky University, showcasing a strong commitment to leadership and equity in higher education.
