Nicholas Gingue

Nicholas Gingue, DBA, serves as the Associate Vice President of Facilities Management at Towson University since June 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance operations for 29 Auxiliary Buildings and managing the University Union and event services. Previous roles at Towson University include Director and Associate Director of Facilities Management Operations and Maintenance, as well as Associate Director for Event and Conference Services, where over 9,000 events are coordinated annually. Prior experience includes serving as Residence Life Coordinator at SUNY Cortland and Residence Hall Director at Midwestern State University, managing operations for residence halls and coordinating summer programs.
