Renata Kulig

Renata Kulig has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation, benefits, and training coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Compensation and Benefits at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland since January 2023, Renata previously held positions at Polkomtel Sp. z o. o. as a Coordinator for Motivation Systems for the Netia Group, and at Netia and Telefonia Dialog, where responsibilities included developing and implementing compensation policies and job evaluation processes. Renata has also worked as an Internal Trainer, preparing and coordinating training programs, and has experience as a geography teacher and sales consultant. Renata's education includes postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management from SWPS University and a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Wroclaw.
