Eriko Lin

Eriko Lin currently serves as a Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO Office and Head of People and Culture & DEI at Toyota Research Institute since October 2022. Prior to this role, Eriko Lin was employed at the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco as Consular Department Administrative Staff from June 2022 to October 2022. Eriko Lin has extensive experience in legal support and administrative functions, having worked as a Contracts Associate at WeWork, where responsibilities included advising community teams on legal matters and managing contract reviews, and previously served in roles such as Legal Specialist for Merpay, Inc. and Protocol Lead at the Consulate General of Japan. Other notable experience includes positions at Shimabayashi Law Firm, Disney Parks & Resorts, and Nishimura & Asahi, complemented by a Bachelor of Law degree in Corporate Law from Waseda University.
