Phil Holland

Phil Holland is the current Non-Executive Director at TP Group. Phil has held this position since March of 2017. Prior to their current role, Phil Holland served as the Deputy Managing Director and Finance Director for Primary Health Properties PLC from January 2011 to March 2017. During their time with PHP, they were responsible for the financial management of the company as well as helping to oversee the UK's Leading Healthcare REIT.

Before joining PHP, Mr. Holland served as the Chief Financial Officer for Natixis Capital Partners Limited from May 2007 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's financial management.

Mr. Holland has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Atlas Estates and Explore Living Limited. Phil was with Atlas Estates from January 2005 to December 2007 and Explore Living Limited from January 2005 to December 2005. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Director for Estates & General PLC from January 1996 to December 2004.

Phil Holland studied accounting and finance at Lancaster University. After graduation, they worked in the accounting and finance industry for several years before becoming a financial analyst.
