Ankur Shah, MBA, currently serves as Director at TP ICAP, focusing on fostering relationships with regional leadership and stakeholders to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework standards. Previously, Ankur was a Senior Risk Management Consultant at RGP, managing governance and compliance frameworks for client onboarding. Ankur's career includes significant roles at Credit Suisse as Vice President, where strategic enterprise risk management initiatives were developed, and as Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank, evaluating operational risks in new business initiatives. Ankur also contributed as a Consultant at Barclays, designing a standardized policy management framework, and held prior positions at Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and GE Healthcare, accumulating extensive experience in risk assessment and client relationship management from the early stages of a career that began with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from Temple University.
