Brian Halligan

Brian Halligan, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer for the Americas at TP ICAP since August 2020. Prior to this role, Brian was a consultant at Broyd Partners LLC in early 2020. Brian's extensive experience includes key positions at NatWest Markets from 2004 to 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Chief Operating Officer to various leadership roles in operational risk and business management. Brian also held the position of Vice President and Head of Operational Risk in the US at Allied Irish Bank (GB) from 2000 to 2004. Brian's earlier career includes significant experience as a Foreign Exchange Trader at Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. and other banks. Brian holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Finance and Marketing from Muhlenberg College.
