Mikael Aebi

Mikael Aebi currently serves as a project manager in electrical engineering at Transports publics fribourgeois (TPF) since June 2018, specializing in low and medium voltage, grounding, copper and fiber optic communication, railway security installation, remote control, and automation. Prior to this role, Mikael worked at Siemens Schweiz AG from April 2014 to May 2018 as a project and systems engineer in railway control technology, overseeing project planning and management for railway installations. Mikael's experience also includes positions as a project engineer at Polytype Converting SA, a state employee for the Etat de Fribourg, an assembly and maintenance technician at Boschung Mecatronic AG, and an automation technician at Polytype from 1997 to 2001. Mikael holds a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Electrical Engineering with a major in Electric Power from Ecole d'ingénieurs et d'architectes de Fribourg, completed between 2008 and 2011.
