Anilu Vazquez-Ubarri

Anilu Vazquez-Ubarri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at TPG since August 2018, Anilu also holds a board member position at Upwork. Prior to TPG, Anilu spent over eleven years at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Managing Director and Chief Diversity Officer, as well as Global Head of Talent and Talent Development. Anilu's career began at Shearman & Sterling LLP as an Associate in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits, after which Anilu worked as an Analyst in Strategy at Accenture. Anilu holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an A.B. from Princeton University, graduating Cum Laude in History and Latin American Studies.
