Billy Yoo

Billy Yoo is an Associate at TPG, specializing in real estate credit since December 2024. Previously, Billy served as an Investment Associate at Churchill Real Estate from October 2022 to December 2024, focusing on direct-lending originations, underwriting, and REPO fund facility management. Prior to that role, Billy gained experience as an Analyst in Corporate Finance & Capital Markets at Greystone, where responsibilities included fund capital raising, CLO securitizations, and portfolio management. Billy Yoo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completed in 2020.
