Leslie Zamora-Murguía

Leslie Zamora-Murguía currently serves as Managing Director at TPG, beginning in January 2022, where responsibilities include talent retention and development through an engaging learning strategy and global oversight of talent management processes for seven TPG funds within Growth and Impact investing platforms. Previously, Leslie held multiple Vice President roles at Goldman Sachs from June 2011 to February 2019, contributing to Equities Management & Strategy by co-leading performance metrics and facilitating global talent priorities, as well as managing talent processes in Realty Management. Early career experience includes a fellowship in financial services with the Office of the Governor of Texas and education from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, complemented by Business Foundations studies at Texas McCombs School of Business.
