Will Ratliffe

Will Ratliffe is a Principal Geologist at Trace Associates Inc. since February 2022, where advisory services are provided in environmental, sustainability, social responsibility, health, safety, and corporate sectors. Previously, Will served as a Transition Advisor at Cenovus Energy from January 2021 to July 2021, facilitating the integration of Legacy Husky and Cenovus staff into a new Environment and Regulatory department. Will held the position of Director of Environmental Services at Husky Energy from 2006 to January 2021, overseeing the Environmental Services Group responsible for air, water, sustainability performance, and environmental management. Prior to that, Will was a Senior Manager in Downstream Environmental Operations at Husky, managing mid/downstream and corporate site activities. Will's career began at EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd, serving as Project Director from 1992 to 2006, focusing on site assessment and remediation in the upstream oil and gas sector. Will Ratliffe holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Science with double honors in Geology and Chemistry from UNB.
