Project Management

The Project Management team at Traction Rec oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects tailored for nonprofit community centers. Comprised of a Project Manager, Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO), and a Business Analyst, the team ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. They coordinate resources, manage timelines, and serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
