Kaylene Keetle

Kaylene Lemme is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as a Leave Specialist at Sparrow since February 2023. Previously, Kaylene held multiple roles at Noom from June 2018 to January 2023, advancing from Health Coach to Benefits Coordinator and eventually to Recruiting Coordinator roles. Before Noom, Kaylene managed operations as the Manager and Running Specialist at Berkshire Running Center from August 2012 to May 2018. A graduate of Keene State College, Kaylene earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Community Health in 2016.
