Randall Dodds

Randall Dodds has extensive experience in retail and product management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for Seasonal and Hardlines at Tractor Supply Company since January 2014. Prior roles at Tractor Supply Company include Vice President/DMM, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. Prior to this, Randall worked at MTD Products from January 1995 to January 2014, ascending through positions from Territory Sales Manager to Director of National Accounts. Randall holds an MBA in Leadership from Tiffin University (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Economics from Baldwin Wallace University (1991-1995).
