Cindy Chen

Cindy Chen is the General Manager for Tradewin in China, overseeing the company's operations since December 2016. Prior to this role, Cindy held various strategic positions at GE from January 2005 to December 2016, including Customs Strategic Initiatives Leader for APAC & China, where responsibilities included project management and process improvement across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes roles in customs compliance and logistics leadership at GE and Emerson, contributing to operational excellence and significant cost savings. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from East China University of Science and Technology, an education from the Project Management Institute, and completed studies at China Europe International Business School from 2019 to 2022.
