Rosa McGowen, BSM, HFA, has extensive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President of Ancillary Services at Traditions Management LLC. Previously, Rosa held the position of Vice President of Operations at Casa Consulting, LLC, and served as Administrator for Casa of Hobart. Rosa's tenure at Greystone Health Network included the role of Executive Director, along with serving as Regional Human Resources Director and Executive Director at Aperion Care.
