Joonas Ruotsalainen

Joonas Ruotsalainen is an experienced ICT Specialist currently employed at Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficom since February 2019. Previously, Joonas worked at Destia Oy from January 2017 to January 2019 in a similar role focused on End-User Services Development. Prior experiences include serving as an IT Specialist at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences from April 2012 to December 2016 and as a System Specialist at Academica Oy from February 2008 to October 2010.
