Paula Rojas is an experienced recruiter and entrepreneur with a diverse background in talent acquisition and business development. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Trafilea Tech E-commerce Group and as Founder & CEO of La Reclutadora - The Expert Recruiter, Paula oversees all aspects of recruitment and client relations. Previous roles include Senior Technical Recruiter positions at Global Rabbits and VTRAC Consulting Corporation, as well as staffing recruiter positions at Urrly and ASAP Staffing Services, where Paula focused on identifying and sourcing top candidates for various industries.
