Jason Leroy

Jason LeRoy is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical engineering with extensive experience in research and development within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Technology at Trane Technologies since February 2020, Jason leads the R&D organization focused on innovative system and component technologies. Prior to this role, Jason held various leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand and Trane, including Director of Advanced Solutions and Systems Engineering Leader, where responsibilities encompassed developing flagship products and advancing engineering capabilities. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
