Kat Harris

Kat Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain operations, currently serving as an Operations Solution Center Procurement Senior Analyst at Trane Technologies since August 2018. Harris has effectively managed supply chain activities while developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to align with business objectives. In addition to a strong background in procurement analytical systems, Harris is a board member at Disability:IN and the founder of both Thornton Harris Estate Administration Services and LDAC Educational Services. Previous roles include various positions at Ingersoll Rand, where Harris contributed to system improvements and training initiatives, as well as experience in cost control and scheduling at Midrex Technologies. Harris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is pursuing a Doctor's degree at Liberty University.
