Krzysztof Lubieniecki

Krzysztof Lubieniicki is an experienced leader in process improvement and product development, currently serving as Area Leader for Solution Delivery and Operations & Productivity Improvement Departments at Trans.eu Group since May 2015. Responsibilities include setting vision and mission for CRM product development, managing diverse teams, and implementing customer acquisition processes. Previous roles at Trans.eu Group included CRM Main Architect and Product Owner, where Krzysztof emphasized innovation and effective backlog management. Prior to this, Krzysztof held positions at HP from December 2008 to April 2015, such as Operation Process Improvement Lead, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology for enhancing operational efficiency. Krzysztof holds a Magister degree in Finanse i Rachunkowość from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław and a Licencjat in Finanse i Bankowość from Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Nysie.
