Otto Welch

Otto Welch is an experienced transportation professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director at Trans-System since August 2018, Otto previously held the position of VP Driver Recruitment and Academies at Swift Transportation from 2002 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leading the recruitment and onboarding of 400 drivers weekly and developing strategic marketing initiatives. Earlier in the career at Swift Transportation from 1989 to 2001, Otto served as VP/Terminal Leader, successfully establishing new terminal operations in Denver, CO; Lancaster, TX; and Memphis, TN, while providing senior leadership at each facility.
