Nathalie Schertenleib

Nathalie Schertenleib currently serves as the Teamlead Repair & Care at Transa Backpacking AG since May 2023, focusing on new leadership and circular economy initiatives. Prior to this position, Nathalie held the role of Leitung Berufliche Integration and was a member of the operational leadership team at WG Treffpunkt from 2017 to May 2023, alongside work as a Job-Coach and Case-Managerin for professional integrations. Nathalie also led a Greek tutoring program at Universität Bern during 2016-2017 and worked in property management at Deyhle & Partner AG from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Nathalie was part of the national athletics team from 2006 to 2014, competing in national and international events. Nathalie's educational background includes a CAS in Analytical Psychology from CG Jung Institut (2020-2022), a Bachelor in Theology from University of Bern (2015-2019), and a Bachelor in Business Management and Marketing from University of Bern (2009-2013).
