Dennis Gallagher

Dennis Gallagher has over 25 years of legal experience in asset management and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer for Asset Management and Funds at Transamerica since July 2006, Dennis has held various significant roles, including Chairperson of the Aegon Global Funds and multiple Chief Legal Officer positions related to international funds and joint ventures. Previous experience includes a senior counsel role at Deutsche Asset Management and a corporate associate position at Ropes & Gray LLP. Dennis holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
