Jolene Crittenden

Jolene Crittenden has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector, primarily at Transamerica since May 2000. Current responsibilities include serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the General Counsel, with previous positions such as Senior Director in the Office of the Chief of Staff for Individual Solutions and multiple Vice President roles focusing on strategic business administration, internal sales support, technology, and business development. Earlier in their career, Jolene worked at Paychex from May 1994 to May 2000 as a Client Service Manager. Jolene holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA, earned between 1989 and 1993.
