Alexandre Dussourd

Alexandre Dussourd currently serves as the C&B and International Mobility Director at Transdev, overseeing compensation policies and processes for the group and managing top executive compensation globally. Prior to this role, Alexandre held various positions at Veolia Water Technologies, including HR Performance Development Department Manager, where responsibility entailed overseeing compensation and international mobility across numerous business units, and HR Manager for the Middle East-Asia Pacific, coordinating HR processes across multiple regions. Early career experiences included serving as Human Resources Director for Veolia Water in Saudi Arabia, where Alexandre managed HR strategy for the National Water Company, as well as roles focused on training and HR data management. Alexandre holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Sociology from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
