Chad Riedel

Chad Riedel is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic oversight across various industries, including private equity, energy, and nutraceuticals. As the owner of Core Performance Management, LLC since 2015, Riedel has developed expertise in executing critical leadership and operational projects. In current roles as Executive Chair at Transglobal Services LLC and previous positions such as Executive Chairman at Catalyst Nutraceuticals and CEO at M&M Refrigeration, Riedel has successfully driven growth and operational enhancements within rapidly expanding companies. Riedel’s earlier career includes significant contributions to various private equity and board roles, as well as leadership positions in companies such as ABUTEC and Arsenal Capital Partners. Riedel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
