Milena Szymańska is a seasoned professional in the field of employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Employer Branding Team Lead at Transition Technologies PSC since September 2018. Over the years, Milena has progressed through various roles within Transition Technologies PSC, including Principal Employer Branding Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist, demonstrating significant expertise in coordinating employer branding initiatives and managing recruitment processes. Prior experience includes HR Assistant at Transition Technologies S.A. and Senior Recruitment & Training Consultant at HR Connection. Milena holds a Master’s degree in History from the University of Lodz and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the same institution.
