May Takahashi

May Takahashi is a seasoned professional in venture capital and business development, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Translink Capital since July 2024, focusing on early-stage technology startups. Takahashi has been a Venture Fellow at VC University since September 2022, recognized as a recipient of the Life Science Scholarship. Prior experience includes roles as Investment & Business Development Manager at Defta Partners and CEO Office Manager at Alliance Forum Foundation from May 2021 to June 2024, as well as a consulting position with Berkeley Innovative Solutions Consulting for B Lab Global. Takahashi began a career at Marubeni Corporation in 2012 and progressed to Business Development Manager by 2016. Educational achievements include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aoyama Gakuin University.
