Tran-Minh Thai

Tran-Minh Thai is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Translink Corporate Finance since November 2020, specializing in small and medium-sized cross-border M&A transactions valued between EUR 10-300 million. In addition, Tran-Minh holds the position of Financial Advisor at Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Française de Barcelone and has been mentoring startups with social or environmental impact at Ship2B since 2019. A Lecturer at Toulouse Business School since April 2013, Tran-Minh teaches Financial Management and Management Control & Governance. Previously, Tran-Minh was a Director at Accuracy, Senior Manager at BDO, Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, and an Executive Assistant at Sagax Development Corp.
