Sasha Pavlova

Sasha Pavlova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at Transparency International since January 2024. Previously, Sasha held the position of People Operations Manager for EMEA at Fluxon, combining aspects of People Operations and HR Business Partner roles to establish employee processes and initiatives. At Quant Technologies AG, Sasha focused on developing HR systems to support team growth and provided strategic guidance to leadership. As a lecturer at LABA, Sasha authored an online course on People Management aimed at SME managers. Additionally, Sasha transformed HR processes while serving as Head of HR at UniSender and provided HR management consulting at Ciklum.
