Martin Leape

Martin Leape is an accomplished recruitment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in assessment and recruitment processes. Currently serving as Lead Recruitment Assessor, Assessment Centre Manager, and Virtual Assessment Facilitator at Cappfinity since August 2019, Martin has successfully led assessment centres for prestigious organizations such as The United Nations and Lloyds Banking Group. In addition, Martin holds the position of Assessment Specialist at Transport for London, where evaluations for various roles are expertly conducted. Since November 2021, Martin has played a crucial role as a Recruitment Assessor for Unlocked Graduates, focusing on role-play assessments for Prison Officer positions. Martin is also the founder of the Deliaphonic Festival, which celebrates electronic music, and serves as Director of Beer Gonzo, a thriving craft beer and natural wine business. Previous experience includes serving as an Assessment Specialist at Accenture UK, where Martin revamped graduate hiring materials.
