Rosemary Donley

Rosemary Donley is an accomplished professional in the maritime and transport safety sectors, currently serving as Acting Director Maritime and Transport Safety Strategy and Policy at Transport for NSW. With a comprehensive background in strategy and policy, Rosemary has held various significant roles, including Senior Manager Strategy and Policy at Transport for NSW, and Manager of Ports and Road Freight at Freight Victoria. As the Principal at RD Transport Consulting, Rosemary has also contributed to the development of key freight policies in roles such as Principal Manager, Freight Network Policy and Acting Executive Director, Freight Industry Branch at Transport for NSW. Rosemary holds a Master of Business Administration from UNSW Business School and a prior degree from the University of Western Sydney.
