Allyson Fay

Allyson Fay is an accomplished Leadership Development Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at TransUnion since February 2020, Allyson focuses on leadership and talent development. Prior to this, Allyson held various roles at O2 (Telefónica UK), including Employee Engagement & Experience Manager and Senior Leadership Development Consultant, where responsibilities involved designing and managing development programs for leadership populations. Allyson began a career in learning and development at Kcom as a Learning and Development Consultant, responsible for creating and delivering training courses. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice from The University of Huddersfield.
