Elena Poptodorova

Ms. Poptodorova has been an Independent Director since 2020. Since 2017, Ms. Poptodorova has served as vice president and director for Euro-Atlantic affairs of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria and vice president of the Atlantic Treaty Association. Previously, Ms. Poptodorova held several senior positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Bulgaria, including service as the Bulgarian ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors for several foreign affairs organizations including the European Institute and the Women’s Foreign Policy group. Ms. Poptodorova has served on the Board of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) since 2017 and is currently the Board’s Lead Independent Trustee.
