Andrew Cooke

Andrew Cooke serves as General Counsel at TravelPerk, a leading SaaS business travel management platform, since February 2022. Previously, Cooke held the same title at Fnatic from September 2019 to January 2022, where the introduction of a holistic risk management program marked a significant achievement. Prior to Fnatic, Cooke spent eight years at Flash Entertainment as General Counsel/COO and Head of Strategy, successfully building an award-winning legal department. Cooke's legal career began at Norton Rose Group from January 2002 to July 2011, where involvement in high-profile commercial disputes occurred. Cooke holds an MBA from ThePowerMBA and completed The Leadership Transition program at INSEAD, alongside a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham and a Legal Practice Course qualification from Nottingham Trent University.
