Jesse Drohen

Jesse Drohen is an experienced Voice Consulting Engineer currently with Travis County since December 2019, where responsibilities include serving as a technical escalation point for network and voice incidents within an ITIL framework, conducting Root Cause Analysis, and maintaining audio, voice, and data network infrastructure.
