Rachel Durkin-Drga

Rachel Durkin-Drga is an experienced professional in the fields of theatre, event management, and election administration. Currently serving as an Election Judge/Deputy and Election Clerk/Alternate Judge for Travis County since October 2020, Rachel has an extensive background in performing arts, holding senior roles such as Senior Associate Director and Interim Director at Texas Performing Arts from February 2010 to October 2020. Rachel's experience also includes an extensive teaching role as an Adjunct Faculty Member at The University of Texas at Austin Department of Theatre & Dance and various production management positions at the Performing Arts Center at The University of Texas at Austin. Rachel holds an M.F.A. in Stage and Theatre Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre & Mass Communication from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN.
