Hugh Jones

Hugh Jones is currently an advisor at Traxo, but they have held many impressive positions in the travel industry throughout their career. Hugh started out at American Airlines in 1988 in the finance department. In 1996 they moved to Sabre Corporation where they became the financial controller. Hugh was promoted to SVP Travel Network in 2004 and then to Chief Operations Officer - Travel Industry Group in 2007. In 2009 they left Sabre Corporation to become the CEO and President of Travelocity. Hugh held this position until 2011 when they became the President of Sabre Airline Solutions. Hugh held this position until 2017 when they left to become an advisor at Traxo.

Hugh Jones has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
