Greg Konkin

Greg Konkin is an experienced food and beverage professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in procurement, culinary arts, and education. Currently serving as an F&B Buyer at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino since March 2019, Greg specializes in food and beverage procurement, vendor management, and product development across various dining sectors. Prior experience includes roles at Clark County as a Recreation Specialist/Maintenance, as well as positions in corporate purchasing at Golden Entertainment, The Venetian, and Boyd Gaming. Greg has also contributed to culinary education as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Nevada. The career began as a Chef at the Sydney Regent Hotel in Australia and involved leadership roles overseeing procurement operations, cost analysis, and menu development in major hotel and casino properties throughout their extensive career in the hospitality industry.
