Jeff Fraley

Jeff Fraley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, fitness, web development, and operations. Currently serving as Assistant Store Manager at Trek Bicycle since April 2023, Fraley's previous roles include Group Fitness Instructor at Onelife Fitness and Web Developer at 132 Design, where skills in HTML, bug fixing, and responsive design were established. A General Assembly Software Engineer Immersive Fellow, Fraley completed over 500 hours of training in various programming languages and technologies. As Director of Development Operations & Donor Stewardship at United Way of the National Capital Area, Fraley implemented a successful SaaS sales program while managing a multimillion-dollar budget and team. Prior experience at M&T Bank included leadership of a business banking team with an extensive loan portfolio.
