Scott Emberley

Scott Emberley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial sector. Currently serving in a finance capacity at Trellis since August 2022, Scott previously co-founded Cradle Financial Technologies in 2021. At integrate.ai from 2017 to December 2020, one of the first 15 employees, Scott contributed to the growth of the B2B ML software startup to nearly 100 employees. Prior to that, Scott spent six years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading multinational deal teams in investment banking, with notable involvement in transactions exceeding $50 billion in M&A and $10 billion in debt. Scott holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance with Distinction from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Dual with Kinesiology) with Distinction from Ivey Business School at Western University.
