Monika Pabon

Monika Pabon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Tri Marine Group since April 2016, Monika previously held the position of Financial Controller at Adaquest for a brief period in late 2015. Prior to that, Monika was with Launch Consulting Group from January 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included Director of Operations after the acquisition of AVERRO, where Monika also served as Director of Operations and Finance. Additional experience includes roles as Office Manager at Burrtech Corporation, Business Office Manager for America's Region at Intellection, and Owner/CEO at The Upline Group, spanning nearly a decade. Monika's educational background includes studies at San Diego State University and Bellevue College.
