Lennard Kolff van Oosterwijk is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles across the mining sector. Currently serving as GM Minerals at Tri-Star Group since July 2024, Lennard previously held multiple senior positions at Atlantic Lithium Limited from July 2015 to July 2024, including Head of Business Development and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Notable accomplishments include grassroots iron ore discoveries in West Africa while serving as Technical Director and later Managing Director at Tawana Resources N.L. Additionally, Lennard has significant experience with renowned companies such as Rio Tinto and Northparkes Mines, focusing on exploration geology, orebody knowledge, and resource evaluation. Lennard holds multiple degrees in Mining and Economic Geology from esteemed institutions including Imperial College London and Delft University of Technology.
