Estelle Sagnier

Estelle Sagnier is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Chargée de recrutement at Triangle Interim since July 2017, Estelle manages the recruitment process for permanent positions, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and facilitating in-person interviews. Prior to this, Estelle worked at Partélio in a similar role where responsibilities included developing job profiles and candidate pools. Estelle also gained valuable experience as an Assistante chargée de recrutement at SODIE, which involved prospecting companies and evaluating needs. Early career roles included positions in management assistance at BTB Industrie and a dental technology laboratory, which enhanced administrative skills. Estelle holds a Master’s degree in Management des Ressources Humaines with a specialization in Recruitment, along with a Licence in Human Resources Assistance and a BTS in Business Management.
