David Sonntag

David Sonntag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and marketing. As the Founder of Decibel Events since November 2007, David has been instrumental in creating stunning live events and managing their execution. In addition to this role, David serves as a Founding Funder, Investor, and Limited Partner at Triangle Tweener Fund since January 2022. David's background includes serving as Political Advance and Production Lead for John McCain 2008 from 2007 to 2008, and holding the position of Vice President in Consumer Marketing at Fleishman-Hillard from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in David's career, a role as Marketing Manager at the National Park Foundation from 2000 to 2003 was undertaken. David holds a Marketing Advantage Certificate from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.
