Doug Kaufman, PhD, is currently a Lecturing Fellow at Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where Doug co-creates and co-teaches the Innovation, Creativity, & Entrepreneurial Mindset course. As the CEO and Founder of Belongly, Doug leads a professional community aimed at supporting mental health providers. Additionally, Doug serves as a Limited Partner in both the Triangle Tweener Fund, which invests in early-stage tech startups, and Coyote Ventures, focused on women's health and wellness companies. Doug also founded AlleyDog.com, an online resource for psychology students. Previous roles include CEO at TransLoc, Board Member at Momentum Learning, and CEO & Co-Founder of Spring Metrics. Doug holds a PhD in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
